PayPal Protections!

In addition to offering convenience, PayPal (X.com) now protects your purchases with their Buyer Protection Guarantee. This means that if you buy from me (a Verified business member) using the PayPal payment service, they will guarantee your purchase against fraud.

You can see whether a seller is Verified on the confirmation page before you Send Money or complete a payment. Please note that the Guarantee does not apply when you pay Unverified accounts. So for your protection, please do not pay Unverified parties you do not know or trust. View the PayPal Terms of Use for full details.

No Credit Card Spending Limit when you buy from me!
Payments sent to me no longer count against your 6-month $1,000.00 credit card spending limit. This means that when you make credit card payments to me, you do not have a credit limit, and any purchases placed with me will not reduce your continuing credit limit. You can also use your credit card to make purchases from me even after you've exceeded your credit limit with other purchases! You're in good hands with PhotoSource3!

To pay for any purchase with PayPal, just follow THIS LINK!

No Problem!
Think you're over your limit with PayPal? Afraid you're maxed out on your Billpoint account? No way! When you take your business to PhotoSource3 or Photographer's SupplyStation, your credit is good! Due to our special arrangements with these companies, your orders are welcome, and account limits have been increased to allow you to make those important purchases at this time of year (and beyond).

 eBay Protections!

When you bid on my auctions on eBay, you're covered!

Most items on eBay are covered by insurance for up to $200 (less the standard $25 deductible) through Lloyd's, the industry's premier insurance carrier. Every eBay user is covered free of charge under the terms of our insurance program. cynoSure Financial is the claims administrators acting on behalf of Lloyd's of London.

While the vast majority of eBay transactions are trouble-free, rest assured that when fraud happens, insurance coverage can help. Here's how fraud is defined on eBay:

1. Paying for an item and never receiving it or
2. Receiving an item that is less than what is described -- such as winning a solid gold necklace at auction but receiving a copper one instead. For the details, please see eBay's Insurance & Fraud Prevention page.

Billpoint Privileges!

Unlike dealing with ordinary suppliers who accept Billpoint payments, you will not have a limit on your purchases when buying from me! Due to my exceptional record of having every single customer not only "satisfied," but truly thrilled with their purchases, and the great number of sales I transact, Billpoint has removed this limit from affecting my customers' purchases! You're in good hands with PhotoSource3, Photographer's SupplyStation, and Billpoint!

Additionally, due to our special relationship with Billpoint, both current and new Billpoint members will NOT have their credit limited (with PayPal, for example, new members have a $250 or $500 limit until their bank accounts are verified); when purchasing anything from me through Billpoint, new members won't have to worry about these credit limits (up to your credit card's limit, of course). Also, while Billpoint usually only accepts payments for eBay auctions, when doing business with us you can use Billpoint to pay for any purchase whatsoever! You don't need to win an auction to make a purchase (as with ordinary sellers); anything you'd like to order can be paid for with Billpoint!

Billpoint Instant Purchase

<- To pay for an item if you're an auction winner, simply go to that auction's page on eBay and click the Billpoint "Pay Now" link (the "Pay Now" button here is an example only - it's not a live link).

To pay for a non-auction purchase, simply choose Billpoint as your method of payment (on the form I'll automatically send you after you place any order); then simply follow the instructions in the e-mail message to pay with your credit card or e-checks.

And a long history of happy customers!

Of course, everyone will try to convince you that they are trustworthy, and it's safe to trust them your hard-earned money (at least until they get your money, that is). But perhaps the ULTIMATE security that you'll be 100% satisfied with your purchases comes from the literally hundreds and hundreds of folks just like you; folks who have already bought from me. People who, just like you, found a great deal on quality photographic equipment - and received their orders promptly, safely, and honestly. So just check my feedback, and you'll see what every other customer* already knows: you'll get fast service, friendly, courteous and respectful communications, and truly great products - all for much less than you'd find anywhere else!

How should I pay? That depends upon what is most comfortable and convenient for you. You can send in payment via snailmail (the post office), or pay with a credit card. If you choose to use your credit card to pay, you have 3 options: PayPal, Billpoint, or BidPay. If you're already a verified PayPal member, feel free to pay that way (new members are limited to $250.00 purchases until verified, which can take 3-5 business days). If you're not a current PayPal member, then Billpoint is your best bet for credit card payments. With Billpoint, there's no credit limits, no verification required, no necessity to enter bank account information, and virtually instant payment. See the Billpoint section below for the details. BidPay is my least favorite payment service, because they charge you a fee to buy a money order (PayPal and Billpoint are 100% free for you). More details are here.

* Well, almost every other customer; way back a long time ago, I did get one negative feedback comment. You see, I was cleaning out my garage and came across a dozen or so cans of pepper spray (I used to sell them a couple of lifetimes ago); what to do with them I wondered (they were all brand new and still sealed in their packaging). Aha! I'll list them on eBay, I decided (for $1.00). So I did. Well, to make a long story short, one of the guys who won one of the auctions for these sprays claimed that it wasn't powerful enough. So I told him, fine, just send it back, and I'll refund your money (a big $5.00). Well, he never returned it, and refused a refund! So I figured he changed his mind and was satisfied. Until he left negative feedback for me, that is!! Well, there it is; my only unhappy customer. So now you know my horrible secret. The skeleton in my (virtual) closet has been (virtually) unearthed! My dreadful secret is outed! I can live with it; I know I can - or at least I hope I can - but please don't tell anybody, OK? Thanks!
